1. Who we are

AceLeads is a trading name of HDCH Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16237398, with its registered office at Unit 12 Yeomanry Road, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, SY1 3EH. You can reach us at [email protected], which is the quickest way to get an answer.

2. Your agreement comes first

If you are one of our partners, you have signed an Introducer Agreement with us. That agreement sets the commercial terms: what we charge, what triggers a fee, what each side has to do, how either side ends it, and how lead data is handled between us.

Where these terms and your agreement disagree, your agreement wins. Nothing on this page adds to, reduces or varies what you signed.

3. Using the site

You may use the site for genuine business purposes: reading about what we do, making an enquiry, and, if you have an account, working the leads assigned to you. In return:

• Do not try to break into, disrupt or test the security of the site or the portal without our written permission.
• Do not scrape, copy or harvest content, leads or contact details from the site by automated means.
• Do not share your portal login. If somebody else needs access, add them under Team so they get their own.
• Do not upload anything malicious, unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Do not use the site to send unsolicited marketing, or in any way that breaches UK GDPR or PECR.
• Do not misrepresent who you are or which business you act for.

4. Portal accounts

Portal access is for named people at a partner business. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think somebody else has it. Remove people under Team the day they leave.

Before you can see lead data you have to accept our data and confidentiality agreement. That acceptance is recorded against your account, along with the date.

5. Lead data you can see here

Leads contain real people’s personal data. You may use it only to contact that person about the enquiry they made, and you must handle it in line with your agreement, our Data Sharing Agreement and data protection law. Do not resell it, republish it or pass it on.

6. Our content

The site, its design, text, graphics and the AceLeads name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may read and print pages for your own business use. You may not republish, sell or pass them off as your own.

7. What we do not promise

We put real effort into keeping the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will never be down, never contain an error, or that any page is advice you should act on without checking. Figures, examples and guidance on the site are illustrative, not a forecast of what you will get.

Where the site links to someone else’s site, we are not responsible for what is on it.

8. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude.

Beyond that, and because this site is provided for business use, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Any liability we do have for the site itself is capped at £100. This clause does not affect the liability provisions in your agreement, which govern the commercial relationship.

9. Suspending access

We can suspend or withdraw portal access if these terms are broken, if we reasonably suspect lead data is being misused, or if an account is being used by someone who should not have it. We will tell you why, and we will put it back if the reason turns out to be wrong.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and the version in force is the one on this page when you use the site. If a change is significant for partners, we will tell you directly.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
